Change to "inactivity" limits

The summer has highlighted that the inactivity limits that are set on feed maintenance and account log ins are a bit too strict for many people.

I have now amended these, thus:
  • Feeds must be updated at least once every 4 weeks (this had previously been every 2 weeks). Note that "updated" doesn't mean logging in and clicking the update feed button. Updating means adding a new item and then clicking the update feed button. After 4 weeks, the feed will be removed from the server - and can easily be resurrected by logging in, adding a new item and clicking the update feed button.
  • Users who do not log into their account in a 60 day period will have their account marked for deletion - an email will be sent alerting them of this.
  • Users who do not log into their account for a further 30 days after the 60 day period will have their account and their feeds deleted.
I hope this makes things a little less irritating for people who do update their feeds regularly, but not with great frequency.
